Ordering

Add items to your cart and follow the steps at checkout. You can review the products, quantities and delivery address before placing your order.

Payment methods

SP MALL accepts credit cards and online payments, mobile payments, and convenience-store payments.

Credit Cards & Online Payments

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay are available.

PayPal is available. Follow the instructions on the PayPal screen to complete payment.

Mobile Payments

PayPay and Merpay are available. On a smartphone, complete payment in the relevant app; on a PC, scan the displayed QR code with your smartphone.

Convenience-store payment is prepaid. Please pay within 3 days of placing your order.

Shipping and delivery fees

Shipping fee

Standard shipping: ¥600 (tax included)

Free standard shipping for product totals of ¥5,000 or more (tax included).

Additional shipping fees may apply to Okinawa, remote islands, and some oversized or special-delivery items.

Dispatch estimate

In-stock items are generally dispatched within 3 business days after the order and payment are confirmed.

Special-order or out-of-stock items may generally take approximately 2–4 weeks.

Dispatch times may vary due to weather, traffic, manufacturer or logistics conditions.

Returns and exchanges

For a return or exchange due to a change of mind, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

As a rule, items must be unopened and unused.

For defective or incorrectly delivered items, we will arrange an exchange or refund at our expense.

Receipts and invoices

To request a receipt, contact us with your order number and the name to appear on it. After checking your order, we will issue a PDF.

Businesses and organizations needing an invoice or other documents can contact our Business & Bulk Orders desk.

Confirmation may take additional time depending on the order and payment method.
