Delivery Area

We currently ship only within Japan.

Shipping Fees

Standard shipping is free when the total price of products in one order is ¥5,000 or more (tax included).

For orders below ¥5,000 (tax included), standard shipping is ¥600 nationwide (tax included).

Additional shipping charges may apply to Okinawa, remote islands, and certain large or special-delivery products. Please check the applicable charge on the product page or at checkout.

Estimated Dispatch Time

In-stock products are generally dispatched within 3 business days after we confirm the order details and payment.

Out-of-stock and special-order products may typically take approximately 2–4 weeks.

Dispatch times may vary due to natural disasters, logistics conditions, manufacturer circumstances, or other unavoidable reasons.
