These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) set out the conditions for using the products and services offered by SP MALL, operated by 株式会社S&P (the “Company”).

Application

These Terms apply to all customers using SP MALL. Please use the services after agreeing to these Terms, the Shipping Policy, the Returns & Refunds Policy, the Privacy Policy, and the disclosures required under Japan's Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.

Orders and Sales Contracts

A sales contract based on the order details is formed when the customer completes the checkout process and we accept the order. Please check the product page and checkout for the product price, shipping charges, and any other amounts payable.
